When you start to walk on the way, the way appears.

Sacred Ritual.
Ritual is belief in motion. It takes you out of the head and into the movement of the body. Ritual is holy. Wild. It is to be approached with reverence. The Magdala Mother is rooted in the ancient practice of rituals, specifically rituals around thresholds: life, death, and the sacred in between. We believe in the power of gathering, grieving, dancing, weeping. Ritual is a tool connecting the sacred and the mundane. At The Magdala Mother, we offer ritual practice and encourage all to practice their own rituals, both as individuals and within a communal gathering. Whether lighting a candle alone in silence, or gathering to practice grief tending, we trust the container of the ritual to hold both Spirit and participant in a holy dance of presence.
